For more than 40 years, MEDICA, the world’s largest medical trade fair, has been the meeting place for all medical experts. In 2022, the fair welcomed 5,200 exhibitors, nearly 100,000 visitors from 173 different countries and a high satisfaction rate of 96% of the business concluded!
Over the course of four days, you can discover the medical technology of tomorrow from an individual stand measuring 7.5 m², at a lower cost, set up within the collective stand. Note also that our Enterprise Europe Network will support companies looking for partners to advance their projects, through professional “speed dating”.
The objective? To assist companies, universities and research institutions in finding partners worldwide for product development, research cooperation, funding/investment, public procurement and other types of partnerships.

This year, we will also organise a start-up corner, a space for young companies from which, during the four days of the show, they will have the use of a free stand for presenting the trends of the medical technology of the future and positioning themselves at an international level.

Trade fair fees
The prices indicated below include the bare surface area, construction of the stand, catering, registration for the exhibition and your basic presence in the MEDICA catalogue. The costs related to travel and accommodation are at the expense of the exhibitors. Subsidies from Brussels Economy and Employment can cover part of these costs.
Stand of 6m² :
- 350€ (excl. VAT) for a start-up (registered for less than 4 years at the ECB)
- 700 € (without VAT) for a SME
- 1400€ (without VAT) for a large company
Stand of 7,5m² :
- 450€ (without VAT) for a start-up (registered for less than 4 years at the ECB)
- 900€ (without VAT) for a SME
- 1800€ (without VAT) for a large company
Space on the start-up corner :
- 100€ (EXCL. VAT)
To benefit from this unique offer, you must:
- be a start-up active in the medical sector
- have your headquarters (or operating headquarters) in Brussels
- Have created your company maximum 4 years ago
