Evoluno provides a digital program that empowers organizations to improve mental health in their workplace. Through an annual subscription, organizations can access an holistic toolbox that contains 4 pillars:
- Measure: Organizations create and send automated surveys to monitor mental health in their company. The HR department receives anonymized results and can analyze them in an online dashboard.
- Educate: A mobile/web application that employees can access 24/7. This application contains self-learning paths to improve their mental health through audio/video tracks, challenges, breathing exercises, and self-assessments. Each self-learning path targets a specific mental health dimension, for example Evoluno covers topics such as: burnout prevention, anxiety, stress management,
resilience, non-violent communication, self-regulation, and much more. - Support: A network of licensed therapists that employees can access through the application. Organizations can finance therapy sessions for their employees through Evoluno.
- Activate: Evoluno helps organizations to implement awareness campaigns and designs ad-hoc digital events (discussion groups, webinars, …) to promote mental health in their workplace.
