AgeingFit is the European event fostering innovation for well-being in older-age.
Regardless of the study conducted, all demographic projections point to the same prediction: by 2050-2070, the human population will increase and become older.
This evolution in Europe, both in terms of population size and age, is a societal, political and economic challenge.
A transversal response to this challenge is the Silver Economy. This sector appeared in France in 2012 and initially covered the sectors of health, home care, home improvement and personal services, and now covers others such as ICT, AI and tourism.
The Silver Economy is therefore multidisciplinary and multisectoral and does not focus on a single market.
In order to bring together the players in this sector and boost partnerships between them, Eurasanté, FRANCE SILVER ÉCO, Eurobiomed and their partners have initiated the creation of AgeingFit, an annual event dedicated to partnership innovation in the Silver Economy and Health.
