Healthcare, a pillar of the welfare state in Europe, has reconfigured itself in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic. Confronted with a global health crisis calling for coordinated responses across national borders, the national health systems have strengthened their experience of working together and are coordinating their efforts to protect the health of their populations. Sharing ideas and competencies, strengthened cooperations on industry, research and innovation, and common prevention policies: will healthcare in Europe have become the new frontier for European integration?
Accredited under the framework of the French Presidency of the European Union in 2022, the SANTEXPO 2022 show will bring together health actors around a common theme: « Health – the new frontier for Europe? »
In May 2022, the 56th edition of SANTEXPO integrates the pavilion 1, to adapt to the development of the five sectors represented by the 600 exhibitors and welcome the expected 20,000 professionals.
